Re: This is not a valid .ZTB file
No, it wasn't that it was unreadable. It just wasn't being accepted by the submit button. ZunTzu opened it just fine. The file in question is the Sticks & Stones (Metagaming) gamebox. (stones.ztb) I was detailing my process so that someone could try to repeat it and see if they got the same resu...

Re: This is not a valid .ZTB file
Hey y'all. It happened again last night. I tried to submit a ZTB and it told me "This is not a valid .ZTB file." I am not a programmer, just a ZunTzu enthusiast, but I think I know what's causing this error. I just recently changed my work flow when making a gamebox. In the past whenever a...

Sticks & Stones (Metagaming)
The new art in this gamebox is by Alois Schimmerlos from BGG. I included his updated board because it is so much more exciting than the original. (Note: The original map is there as well for those who want to play on the original. And also for the hex numbers not included on Alois') The villages are...

This is not a valid .ZTB file
In an attempt to upload a gamebox several days ago I was greeted with this message: This is not a valid .ZTB file. Of course I was confused. I created the file and tested the ztb on my computer. Everything worked fine. I renamed it a couple of times and tried again. Still, no go. After I reached out...

WW2 Deluxe: the War in Europe
As far as I know this is the same game as 2WW: the War in Europe by One Small Step. The rules can be found on the OSS website or the BGG page for this game. The scenarios look like the same ones suggested by Sean Chick also found on BGG. This is Jon Compton's game with a redesigned board and deluxe ...

Update
When first looking at the ZunTzu website, one of the first things you see is that it hasn't been updated since 2011. Then scrolling down the page in the update section it's the same. As a regular to the site I know this is far from true. Maybe just add a few notifications to show some of the work yo...

Re: Which S/W do you use to make game-boxes?
The way I got ZunTzu to work for me was Microsoft's XML Notepad 2007. I had found a mention of it by ZunTzu user 'morval'. He even mentioned two example files he had created. I don't remember if I messaged him for the files or he posted them. I've tried looking for them in the forum but can't find t...

Baseball Dice
I am the creator of this gamebox. When covid hit I came across an article about this old pastime. I was intrigued and investigated further and thought I would create a gamebox to play it. I'm not an expert on baseball but enjoy the game.

Re: Move to New Server (ZT2)
I am so glad this project is continuing. Jerome is greatly commended for all his efforts. This is the best program for board games. I've tried TTS and some others but was not happy with the experience. Bravo, Jerome.
