Need help with Stacking

Post by basem2502 »

Just finished my first module (The Russian Campaign) and I'm having problems with stacked units. The stacks are not compressed and are taking up too much space.

Any ideas?

That's the standard spacing for stacked counters in ZT - it's not user configurable.

The only way around it is to convert them to "cards", which use a lower setting.

It seems that the resolution of your scan is too low. ZunTzu assumed that the images were 150 dots-per-inch when in reality they were probably closer to 80 dpi. That's why there seems to be large offsets between the counters. Actually the offsets are OK, it's the counters that are tiny.

You are correct Jerome. I changed the DPI setting for counters and map to 150 and the stacks became somewhat tighter.

I used the scans that came with the game CD and I'm not sure what resolution they used. Would TZ support setting the resolution to less than 150?

Thanks

No. ZunTzu supports only 150, 300 and 600 dpi.
