When I download Pattons Best I get a zip file with all the files in the folder. I try to convert it to a .ztb file and I still get an error or it is not recognized by the libray etc. Has anyone else had problems and if so what can be done.

I think this is the common problem - you need to change your Windows settings to allow you to change extensions for folders/files (and thereby convert a .zip to a .ztb).
Don't unzip the zip file. As Bill says, change your Explorer Tools > Folder Options to not [View] "[ ] Hide extensions for known file types" (XP). Then you can change the .zip to .ztb, and it will work just fine.
