Hello, I'd like to be able to rotate a counter on my laptop without a mouse. Is this possible?

Some laptops come with a scroll area on the right side of the touch pad that acts like a mouse wheel.

If you don't have a scroll area on your touch pad, maybe you have a pointing stick in the middle of the keyboard (sometimes known in male circles as "the clit"). If that's the case you can often change the settings of the stick to use it like a mouse wheel. In the Windows Control Panel open the Mouse Properties dialog box and look for a "Stick" tab and a "Use Scroll" check box.
