Done conversion of The Goonies (1985 edition)

Post by pomate »

Hi all,

I managed to find the answers to my doubts about the deck compositions.
There was a strange number of movement cards, but everything is OK now.
Plastic pawn basements are not essential to the game.
Instructions can be found at BoardgameGeeK.

I've finished the conversion and it was a lot fun.

Thanks to the authors of ZunTzu and I hope you enjoy it.

Done conversion of The Goonies (1985 edition)

Post by pomate »

Hi,
I'm new to ZunTzu xml editing, but I'm learning quickly.

Almost done with decks, I only need confirmation on the deck composition.
54 playing cards: Are there 2 special cards per type (supply = "2")? Are there 4 movements cards per each number form 1 to 7 (supply = "4")?
24 encounter cards: Is the ratio of bad card over good cards 1:3 (i.e. supply for good cards is 3)?

I also don't know how to create plastic pawn bases and how to couple them with goonie pawns, is there a function to couple things in ZunTzu? Or maybe is a new function that could be a useful development?

Thanks for any information

Here the progress...

1 gameboard Done
54 playing cards Almost done
24 Encounter Cards Almost done
7 Goonie pawn/marker Done
4 plastic pawn bases NOT YET
3 black plastic markers Done
4 plastic treasure crystals Done
1 instruction sheet NOT YET

To do list:

- Check/Correct supply of "Playing Cards"
- Check/Correct supply "Encounter Cards"
- Make "Encounter Cards" backs
- Make pedestals for Goonie pawns
- Add Instructions and "manifest"[/quote]
