Hi, with my brother we tried to play Conflict of Heroes today. I could host the game, but brother couldnt connect and vice versa. No matter what the ip address was written in, there was only one message: connection timed out.
Can anyone help please ? We tried everything I think, disabling antivirus, disabling firewalls...
Thanks.
I was named as Pert Pert when we tried, if it helps when identifying our attempts to connect.
Connection problems

Hi!
According to the logs, the problem comes from your brother's computer.
Your brother's computer was able to send a connection request, but the response never reached it.
That's because your brother is behind a router or a firewall or both.
If you believe that he tried disabling the firewall but to no avail, it means he is behind a router.
Here is what you can do:
- tell your brother to enable UPnP on his router (the router may actually be a broadband Internet box functioning as a router).
- if it can't be done or doesn't work, ask you brother to change the settings of his router to manually redirect port UDP 1805 to his computer. It implies that he has to allocate a fixed IP address to his computer.
I wish I had a simpler solution!
